Shortlist

Once we receive your application, a member of our recruitment team will review your application and assess your suitability for the role.
Stage 3

Telephone Interview

If your application is shortlisted, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to have an informal chat to get to know more about you and any relevant experience you may have. 
Stage 4

Face to Face Interview

You will have a virtual face to face interview with a member of our recruitment team to explore your previous experience, skills and qualifications and suitability for the job role.
Stage 5

Conditional Offer

If you are successful in your face to face interview, a conditional offer will be made, subject to successful completion of right to work, reference and background checks, and successful completion of an assessment.
Stage 6

Background Checks

Helping Hands is regulated by CQC (Care Quality Commission) therefore we need to carry out some background checks which will include an enhanced DBS, right to work, identity and reference checks.
Stage 7

Assessment Week

We will invite you to our Support Office in Alcester to participate in a 4-day assessment week. The aim is to assess your skills and suitability for the role before an official offer of employment is made. Helping Hands will cover the cost of any travel, accommodation and meals whilst you are attending the course.
